GHOSTBOND Smooth Start Exfoliating Gel, formerly the Apricot Exfoliating Cream

GHOSTBOND Smooth Start Exfoliating Gel: The New Name for Apricot Exfoliating Cream

GHOSTBOND's scalp exfoliator, previously sold as Remove All and as the Apricot Exfoliating Cream, is now called Smooth Start Exfoliating Gel. The new name came with GHOSTBOND's 2026 rebrand, and it arrives in its new packaging from 2 November 2026, in a 250 ml jar.

What GHOSTBOND Smooth Start Exfoliating Gel is

Smooth Start is designed to prepare the scalp for a fresh application. It is formulated with apricot seed powder, which gently exfoliates to remove dead skin cells and surface build-up, leaving the scalp smoother and refreshed.

A smooth, clean scalp gives the adhesive a better surface to bond to, which is why exfoliation is a standard step in professional preparation routines.

Who it suits

Smooth Start suits anyone preparing for a new application, particularly wearers whose bond lifts early because of dry or flaking skin, and professionals preparing a client's scalp.

Key features

Frequently asked questions

Is Smooth Start the same as the Apricot Exfoliating Cream?

Yes. GHOSTBOND has renamed it Smooth Start Exfoliating Gel as part of its 2026 rebrand, but the formula is unchanged.

How often should I exfoliate?

Most wearers exfoliate as part of each removal and reapplication, rather than daily.
