Shipping policy
UK orders
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link.

All UK services are tracked. The same services and prices apply to the Isle of Man and Jersey, although delivery to these areas may take longer than the times shown.
European orders
Orders to the European Union and the rest of Europe are sent by UPS from our delivery depot in Germany and usually arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. The delivery charge depends on the country and is shown at checkout.
Because EU orders are sent from within the EU, they do not go through customs. For countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland and Norway, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the UK, the Isle of Man, Jersey and most European countries. If your country is not offered at checkout, please email shop@hair4all.com.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to change it, email shop@hair4all.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
Late, missing or damaged orders
Delivery times are the carriers' estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email shop@hair4all.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
