If you fit hair systems for a living, you can buy from us at trade prices. Hair4All supplies salons, studios, barbers and self-employed technicians across the UK and Europe with the adhesives, tapes and aftercare they use every day, and trade accounts order through our wholesale site at trade.hair4all.com.

What a trade account gets you

Your own login with your prices already applied, so you never have to ask what something costs. The full Ghostbond and Professional Hair Labs range, the Walker Tape range including 1522 Clear, German Brown, No Shine, Lace Front and Ultra Hold, and Jorgen aftercare. Next working day DPD on everything.

Who we supply

Salons and studios fitting hair systems, barbers, mobile and self-employed technicians trading as a registered business, clinics, and retailers selling into the same market.

We do not open trade accounts for private individuals buying for their own use. If that is you, you are already in the right place: our normal prices are among the cheapest in the UK, and for single units they will work out better than trade once you account for the minimum order.

What we need from you

  • Registered business name and trading address
  • Company number, if you are a limited company
  • VAT number, if you are VAT registered
  • The name and email address of whoever will place the orders. That email becomes your login
  • A delivery address, if it differs from the trading address
  • One line on what you do: salon, mobile technician, clinic, reseller

How trade ordering works

  • Minimum order £100 ex VAT, on every order
  • Carriage £7.50 ex VAT, DPD next working day
  • All prices are shown ex VAT and VAT is added at checkout
  • Invoices are issued by Hair Systems Bristol Ltd, VAT registered in the UK
  • Payment terms are agreed account by account once we have traded
